Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.  Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. If items in your order are out of stock or delayed for shipping we will notify you by email.


TRANSIT TIME


Transit time refers to the time it takes from when the package is shipped to reaching its destination. Please refer to corresponding transit time in charts below.

For goods imported by air, you need not pay SST if the CIF value of your goods does not exceed 500 MYR.  SST is payable on the full value of the goods only if the *CIF value exceeds 500 MYR.

For goods imported by post or air, you need not pay GST if the CIF value of your goods does not exceed $400 SGD.  GST is payable on the full value of the goods only if the *CIF value exceeds $400 SGD.

*CIF value: The customs value or the Cost, Insurance and Freight value is the actual value of the goods when they are shipped.

Effective from June, 3, 2019, all import shipments for individuals in South Korea, require a CCIC (Customs Clearance Indigenous Code), regardless of invoice value and a Date of Birth could be alternatively used if consignee cannot provide CCIC.  Please provide us the required CCIC or your D.O.B. by email.
