RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days from your receiving date to request a return.
Please contact us by email, phone or live chat on our website.
An AUMNIE Support Team Member will guide you through the process.
No returns will be accepted without a prior confirmation from an AUMNIE Support Team Member.
A return case will be created and logged when your return request is understood and approved.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with the original tags attached and in its original packaging.
Returned products are subject to inspection.
We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.
*Items excluded from returns: Underwear, Water Bottles, Socks, Leg Warmers, and Swimwear (without Tags and Sanitary Liner still attached).
*All 30% OFF or above/Select/Final Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
We will process your return and provide a credit or full refund to original form of payment.
RETURNS SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for returns shipping.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges for orders by mail.
WARRANTY
AUMNIE guarantees its products to be free from manufacture defects.
AUMNIE will refund or replace any products that are defective at no additional charge.
We will credit, exchange or refund any manufacture defect within 14 days.
