How do I return my online purchase?

Doesn’t fit?  Didn’t work?  No sweat!  We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Please continue reading our Warranty and Return Policy for guidelines on how to make a return.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

Please contact us before you make the return, we will advise further for best service and efficiency.

 

EXCHANGE

Need to make a change? 

At this time, we do not offer online product exchanges, unless you visit our *AUMNIE Hong Kong Showroom in person. 

You may return any products or an entire order within 14 days using our free returns option for a full refund and re-order your replacement item. 

Your new replacement order will once again have Free Shipping.

WARRANTY

AUMNIE unconditionally guarantees all products we sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.  We will be more than happy to replace any defective items within 14 days of purchase.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns on eligible items must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
  • All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return
  • All items are subject to inspection.

 

To make a return, follow these easy steps:

 

For customer's in the Hong Kong Region or wanting in person service, you may visit our showroom at the address below.

 

For customer's outside Hong Kong or those wanting to process their return via courier delivery service

  1. Package your item(s) for return in the box or bag it was delivered in.
  2. Adhere the return shipping label to the outside of the box
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund for all eligible, inspected and approved items.
